The system is designed to reduce input time as much as possible. With last minute changes happening constantly, users need a way to make changes quickly.
The Quotation screen is divided into three parts. The top of the screendisplays the Quote's financial status. As you work the quote the overall figures change accordingly.

The area on the right (Job Categories) provides quick access to the categories listed. A double click on the category will instantly take you to the information. |
| Page 1 - Quote Information. This page holds all the job, shipping and delivery information. When created from the customer screen, all the detail stored in the customer's file will be inserted into the appropriate locations on the quote or order. |
| The operator enters all the pertinent information. then chooses the Items button to continue. |
