| The 'Invitations' screen opens in one of two ways, depending on whether you showed a spouse in the personal information module. | |

Move your mouse over the image to see a single person's
choices. |
|
|
If there are individuals on your guest list that you have not
entered addressing information, there will be a window to the right of this
screen showing those people. There are links to online people and postal code searches available when you need to look up the missing information. |
|
| Choose the 'Print Envelopes' button to view the report. If you have a copy of Microsoft's Word program, choosing the button will open the report in Word, where you can set fancy fonts before the job is printed. | |
