Booking an appointment

To book an appointment:

   1- Choose the intended 
        individual from the 'For' list
   2- Choose a date from the 
        'Go To' field
   3- Double click on a time slot.
   4- Choose a client.
   5- Choose an appointment type.
   6- Return to the company 
       schedule, or, continue 
       working the program 
       from the customer screen.
